I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was spacious with some lovely touches such as fresh strawberries and Japanese sweets. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, particularly the hot springs which were a real highlight. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with excellent service and made to feel incredibly welcome. The staff, especially Hoshiyama, were professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The room was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view of the sea. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot springs and appreciated the variety of options available. The hotel's location was perfect for enjoying a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The set dinner was delicious, and although the buffet breakfast was average, it didn't take away from the overall experience. We loved the small touches in the room, such as the welcome tea and tart, and the fresh strawberries upon arrival. The amenities provided, including the Nespresso machine, were a great added bonus.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a pleasant stay with attentive staff and delicious meals. the room had a lovely open air bath with a breathtaking view. the staff went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions providing a no seafood set. Small touches in the room like tea and pastries added a welcoming touch.
The English menu at some facilities was lacking.

Great hot springs and delicious meals!
I recently stayed at a hotel and I was blown away by the hot springs and the meals. The hot springs had different options to choose from, which was great. the meals were absolutely delicious and worth every penny. The location was also convenient for exploring the area and taking in the beautiful scenery.
Poor communication and inaccurate pricing.

The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating, it felt like being at home. the food was also delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the shopping district and with stunning views of the ocean. We also loved the in-room hot spring bath, it was so relaxing and had a lovely view.
There was some confusion with the check-in process and we had to wait longer than expected. the bed was a little firmer than we prefer.
